Angelica’s culinary concept, as defined by the chef, is taking classic dishes, breaking and re-assembling them to fit the kosher restrictions, while keeping its high-end standards.

This method – taking a classic creation and breaking it wisely to create something new – is what inspired us in in this lovely kosher restaurant’s design.
“Breaking” the harmony classic space and making it up-to-date and giving it a new interpretation.

We created classic interior design for the dining area, and then started breaking it. First using modern materials and techniques. And then with the main element of the space: the ceiling – an installation made of three-dimensional glass triangles. Classic with modern elements. Bingo.
