Waffles are great. Everyone loves waffles. But serving awesome waffles is not enough. You got to have a place that really stands out to attract those hungry children and their parents.
To do so, we looked for inspiration in fairy tales. We used a variety of materials and textures, their childish and naïve shades giving the place a magical yet mature twist: the bar was built from roof tiles, the floor was covered with PVC and rotating lamp stands were placed in the middle of the space.
Our goal was to create a unique and distinct brand language, for future restaurants, and we think we did a good job.
The only downside: we were not paid in waffles.
